Sometimes the quote of the week is buried deep within a story. That happens to be the case with an article in today’s LA Times about Measure B, but you’d have to dig down deep into the mines to glean this diamond.

Essentially the overall article’s saying that LA Voters are paying little attention to the condom measure. Which is funny because just last week The Times spent an editorial endorsing a “No” vote on Measure B, and now it’s running a news story pretty much saying no one cares one way or the other.
