New York- Oscar De La Hoya certainly didn’t help his new reality boxing TV series with a loss to Bernard Hopkins last weekend. While it seems rival Sylvester Stallone’s show got nothing but a boost thanks to Brigitte Nielsen’s appearance on the Howard Stern show. Then again De La Hoya wasn’t married to Nielsen.

Stallone’s sex life was a big topic when Nielsen, who’s in the middle of both a divorce and a new engagement, was on the air. Then, again, Stallone’s sex life has always been a topic of conversation from the time he appeared in his first film, Party At Kitty and Stud’s, aka, The Italian Stallion, a film that’s now available from Arrow Productions, www.xxxdeepthroat.com.

And if Stern had watched the movie, it would have precluded one of his questions to Nielsen.

“I started watching The Surreal Life and I’ve got to admit she is a fire cracker,” Stern remarked as Nielsen walked in the studio partnered with rapper Flavor Flav. Stern explained the premise of The Surreal Life in which Nielsen along with Flav share a house with celebrities “whose greatest days are behind them,” according to Stern. One of those celebrities is Charo which got Stern thinking that maybe Nielsen did the show for the money noting that Nielsen got $6 million from Stallone. Nielsen begged to differ.

“I got some, but very far from the amount you’re talking about,” she said. Nielsen agreed to do the reality show because she’s been working in Italy, Spain and England. “It was a very nice way to start a new experience meeting people that I really did not know. This was cool, let’s do it. Because it was 12 days it was something you could fit in your schedule.”

Stern also pointed out that Nielsen walked around without clothes during the show. “You’re not in the best shape of your life -though you do look good.” Nielsen hastened to point out she was 41 with four kids. “Your ass isn’t ripped,” said Stern. “You’re not sculpted and you’re not embarrassed to show it.” Because she’s Danish, Nielsen said she’s in the habit of going to the beach topless. Stern then suggested that Nielsen may be showing more flesh than is entirely necessary. Stern’s impression from at least watching the first episode was that Nielsen was drunk.

“You’re hammered. It seems like you pass out during this. I got the feeling you’re an alcoholic now.” Nielsen said she wasn’t. Stern said he also got the impression that there was something romantic going on between Nielsen and Flavor Flav. “Which is kind of funny because Flav isn’t a tall guy physically. I didn’t know if you were into black guys but you take to him.”

Nielsen basically said she was color blind. “I hope that nobody minds but that’s just me.”

Stern also got the impression they had sex. “Wrong,” said Flav. “We was just chillin’. We never had sex.” On further questioning, Stern was willing to settle for third base. “Flav didn’t slip you one [a finger]?”

Nielsen said she didn’t know if they aired her comments to tell Flav that it was enough. “But the possibility was there,” she conceded. Stern then suggested that Flav’s fans would hold it against him, that he was with a white woman. Flav took exception and said the majority of his fans are white but that if he slipped Nielsen the finger he’d own up to it.

Nielsen, however, admitted that she and Flav had a weekend in a hotel, that they slept together but there was no penetration. Stern made her swear to God on the life of her children. Flav also said it didn’t happen because he’s a respectful guy.

Stern then pointed out that Nielsen met Stallone by sending pictures of herself. “I sent one picture,” she clarified. Nielsen said she was in New York for the promotion of her first movie, Red Sonja. Nielsen said she met a very annoying guy who claimed to know Stallone. “I said well if you know him so well give me his number. I knew I didn’t want his autography but I wanted to know him.” Stern took that to mean that she wanted sex with Stallone. Nielsen begged to differ saying she wondered if Stallone’s smile was for real or not. Nielsen said she sent Stallone a professional picture from her modeling days lest one would assume something raunchier. “Nothing wrong with that.” Nielsen said she tipped a guy to take the photo to Stallone and that Stallone called two hours later.

“Did you make love to him right after he received the picture?” Stern wanted to know. Nielsen said she didn’t although Stallone came to her hotel. Angling for the provocative lingerie scenario, Stern asked her what she wore. Nielsen claims a jogging suit. “I did not put on makeup.” According to Nielsen, Stallone’s first comment was, “Oh my God you’re tall, however, come for dinner tonight.”

Nielsen said it was about a month and a half before she made love to Stallone, that she went back to Denmark during that time. Pressed for some sexual detail, Nielsen said she’s under a gag order. ‘If you want to know give him a call.” Stern took that to mean Stallone had Nielsen lock, stock and barrel.

“Is Sylvester Stallone big or small in the pants? Did he satisfy you and give you an orgasm?” Stern asked. Noting that the marriage lasted 19 months, Stern suspected that Nielsen must have driven Stallone crazy. Robin Quivers suspected that was the case because Stallone reportedly had a coffee table carved in Nielsen’s image and likeness. Nielsen said she was 21 at the time and suggested that a lot of their problems had to do with the press.

Stern said he saw pictures of Nielsen. “You were smokin’ hot- I would have given it to you so hard. Flave might not have had you, but I would.” Stern said there was also a rumor that Stallone divorced her because Nielsen had an affair with her female secretary. Nielsen denied that, “It doesn’t interest me.” She’s never made love to another woman, according to her. Also, according to Nielsen, Stallone’s mother called her a 25-cent slut but Nielsen thinks she did that because she’s very protective of Stallone. “Because he needs it and she’s worried about a young Danish woman walking into his life.”

Stern also asked Nielsen if it was true that she abandoned her first husband, Caspar Winding, and son to pursue an acting career. “We’re still very good friends,” she said denying that accusation. “Probably more friends than husband and wife.” Nielsen also denied Stern’s allegations that Stallone would not allow her to move the child in with them when they got married.

“That’s not true,” she said. “He’s got kids- he’s a nice man and is extremely talented.”

Stern then made a case that Nielsen married football player Mark Gastineau. Nielsen said they lived together and that she has a son by him. Asked if she keeps in touch with Gastineau, Nielsen said no because he’s in jail too often and that he never sees his son.
