San Francisco – from www.sfweekly.com – Readers might remember the truly disturbing case of Christine Shreeve Hubbs, the attractive Mormon mother from Livermore who was arrested in August for allegedly having sex with young teenage boys. Now in a plea deal, Hubbs will likely go to prison for five years.

On Thursday, Hubbs plead no contest to four counts of having sex with underage boys. She is expected to serve five years in state prison as well as register as a sex offender for life. In exchange for her plea, prosecutors dropped 63 other counts related to the incident.

The “remorseful” mother and wife of a dentist is accused of buying water pellet guns for some teenage boys and letting them fire out the window as she drove her Hummer around the neighborhood. She then took the teens to another location and “exchanged sex acts,” which gave her the nickname “Hummer Mom.”

She supposedly sent sexaul text messages to one of the boys and gave him cash, gifts, and an expensive cell phone to maintain contact with her.

Hubbs was arrested after the mother of the two boys found nude pictures of Hubbs on their phones.

She will be sentenced March 25.

“She is very, very remorseful,” Hubbs’ attorney, Michael Cardoza told reporters.

from www.ktla.com – LIVERMORE (KTLA) — A 42-year-old woman from Livermore is expected to serve five years in state prison after pleading no contest Thursday to four felony counts for having sex with two underage boys.

Christine Hubbs, a mother of three, must now register as a sex offender for the rest of her life because of her plea before Judge Kevin Murphy of Alameda County Superior Court to one count of unlawful sex with a minor and three counts of lewd acts with a child.

Prosecutors dropped 63 other felony sex counts and several misdemeanor counts in exchange for her plea.

A police affidavit from the case alleges that Hubbs made advances on one of the boys when he was 14 and dating her daughter.

She is accused of having sex with the boys starting in 2008 everywhere from parking lots to inside her Hummer SUV and fueling the affair with free money, dinners, cell phones and video games that she gave to the boys.

Authorities say that relationship happened between December 2008 and January of this year.

Livermore police say another boy, now 14, told them he had a relationship with Hubbs that ended last month.

The charges against her include oral copulation, lewd act on a child and exhibition of lewd material to a minor, according to the San Francisco Examiner newspaper.

The allegations came to light when the mother of one of the boys reportedly found a nude picture of Hubbs on the boy’s cell phone, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

She is married to prominent dentist, Tim Hubbs.

Hubbs is scheduled to be sentenced on March 25.

She has been in custody at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on $4.3 million bail since her arrest in August.
