from www.radaronline.com – Powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred has formally reached out to John Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, to notify him that she’s representing two masseurs who had filed sexual battery lawsuits against the actor and that they are currently weighing their legal options, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, Allred was hired to represent the men after both had fired their previous attorney, Okorie Okorocha, who had filed the blockbuster lawsuits against the Pulp Fiction star, which were subsequently withdrawn.

Singer has vehemently denied the allegations and branded both men liars.

“Gloria Allred called Marty Singer on Friday morning to tell him that she had been hired by the second accuser. It was a very short and brief conversation, and Gloria told Marty she would be getting back to him to let him know what action if any her clients are going to take against John Travolta,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com..

One of the masseurs has been identified as John Truesdale. Truesdale filed a $2 million lawsuit against Travolta on May 8 in which he accused the actor of highly inappropriate behavior during a massage. The New York Daily News tracked down the 6 ft. tall, 250 lb., certified black belt who works at the Mandarin Oriental resort in Atlanta.

“I thought I was supposed to be anonymous,” Truesdale said as he posed for a Daily News photo.

“We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit that was on file was dismissed without prejudice. We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case,” Allred told RadarOnline.com on Friday.

Allred had “no comment” on this story.
