New York — A Queens man turned a Brazilian stripper’s basement into the scene of a bloodbath, murdering the woman and wounding her gal pal after their “threesome” turned violent and the women tried to attack him, he told cops.
“As I go to take a shower . . . I was hit on the side of the head by the girl I met at Candlewood [Inn topless bar],” Aaron Gutierrez wrote in a statement to police.
She swung “a liquor bottle and struck me again on the forehead. The other girl had a kitchen knife and said to me, ‘Money,’ nothing else . . . and then swang (sic) the knife at me, striking me on the right hand,” Gutierrez wrote.
He said the woman swung at him again, cutting his sweater on the left arm.
Cops said Gutierrez stabbed Marly Ambrosini, 29, through the chest and cut the throat of her roommate Hilauricea Valoto Biz, a fellow Brazilian stripper.
Gutierrez said he met Ambrosini at the Candlewood in the early hours of March 13, 2003, and went with her to a hotel for sex.
She then asked him to come back to her Woodside home, he said.
They put on a pornographic video, started drinking, and then the women “started kissing me, touching me, rubbing on me,” Gutierrez told cops, according to court papers. “So we engaged in sex, all three of us.”
“Everything was going fine until I asked for my $600 glasses, which I got for Christmas.”
He said he was also missing about $1,300 from his pants, which Ambrosini told him he must have spent at the club.
That’s when they told him to take a shower because he was “sweaty” and said they would look for his money.
He said he was attacked near the shower, but “managed to take the knife.”
“I remember cutting her but not wanting to hurt her,” he said. “I got scared and grabbed my stuff and left the house.”
The first detective at the scene, Sgt. Claudia Bartolomei, arrived to find a half-naked, blood-soaked Biz on the front steps yelling that her friend needed help, she said on the stand yesterday at a hearing to determine whether the jury will be allowed to hear his statements.
In the basement apartment, a pornographic movie was blaring on the DVD player, a small dog was yapping and “a pair of feet were sticking out of the bathroom,” Bartolomei said.
The lifeless limbs belonged to Ambrosini.
Moments later back at street level, a police car drove to the scene carrying Gutierrez, who had just been picked up around the corner.
