PORN VALLEY, CA — The popular sex talk radio station KSEXradio.com is growing and expanding their programming. With increases in personnel, longer show hours and the upsizing in staff, the office space that has been their home for the last four years, simply isn’t keeping up with the growth.

As the Burbank based broadcast company watches their lease termination date draw near [June 8, 2005], Program Director, Wankus was heard muttering, “am I going to be walking down DeSoto in Chatsworth with a microphone, tape deck and a tin can full of change?”

Hopefully, Wankus’ fears will be put to rest as KSEXradio [www.ksexradio.com] is reaching out to adult production companies in the Valley who may be interested in sharing additional space at their facility, build a synergy with the high energy entertainment company and possibly collaborate on many future events and shows. General Manager, Chris R said, “We would love to find a like-minded business that would be willing to give up 1800-2000 sq ft. of space at a good central porn location. We are willing to sub-lease the space at a reasonable rate, build a sound stage and help drive talent to their doorstep.”

Harry Tate, KSEXradio’s top shelf webmaster added, “We could also really use someone that has an in-house audio/video editor that we could farm out work to (with pay) for the enormous amounts of audio/video production we have. It would certainly help keep us fresh and current if we could join forces with a team that’s already churning things out professionally.”

With 42 hosts (Porn Jockeys), some Los Angeles radio personalities, most others big name adult stars, KSEX is constantly striving to increase their quality and pursue collaborative projects with other companies in the adult industry.
