Registration for the 11th Annual RogReviews.com Fan Faves Awards is now open. The fan-driven awards will recognize the best in adult industry for 2008. Awards will be given to Best Female Performer, Best Male Performer, Best Newbie, Best Director, Favorite Company, Best Movie and of course to the Most Wanted Celebrity.
Voting in each category will take place in late November and will run through late December with a tournament-style bracket set up to whittle down the contenders until a final four is selected. Winners will be announced for the 2009 Adult Entertainment Expo and trophies will be handed out on the floor of the show.

Registration is easy and takes less than a minute. All registered voters will be sent emails each time a bracket opens for voting. Voting will be open for one week and the winners of each bracket will advance to the next round. Registration closes when the voting begins so register today to participate.
Three time winner of the Best Male Performer award Erik Everhard will attempt to reclaim the top spot from 2007 winner. Manuel Ferrara. “After losing out last year I look forward to becoming the comeback kid in 09. I can’t let all the young kids have all the fun!” Says Everhard. “The only legitimate online fan voting awards are and have always been the Rogreviews.com awards and I look forward to challenging once again for Best Male Performer. Feature performers dominate other awards and it’s up to me to bring the gonzo performer back as the gold standard of what a real performance means.”
Since 1997, the RogReviews.com Fan Faves have recognized the best in the adult industry. Now widely recognized, the idea started out simply. “I saw a lot of the big awards shows recognizing contract girls and big feature directors.” Says RogReviews.com owner Roger Pipe. “I knew that porn fans had a different view of what makes someone the best performer or director. It started out as just a simple fan poll, but word got out and people got really excited about it as it grew. We have had some close races, some controversy and a lot of fun over the past decade.”
Last year’s Best Female Performer, Jenna Haze will attempt to become the first three-time winner of the award. In 2007 she became the first back to back winner and joined Serenity as the only female to win the award twice. Other winners of Best Female performer have included Jenna Jameson, Taylor Rain, Monica Sweetheart and Linda Thoren. Jules Jordan leads all RogReviews Fan Faves winners with 7 consecutive Best Director Awards.
In addition to registration, nominations are now open. As a fan-driven poll, the lists of names come from fan input. Suggestions for nominees in all categories are requested and should be mailed to [email protected].
