Melissa Wolf posts: “Although I have never had the pleasure of meeting Crystal Waters my heart almost stopped when I got the call this morning [6/30] from Jack Pepper. Crystal was about to start a booking a decided to go for a boat ride, unaware to her she dived into shallow waters of only 3 ft head first. She snapped her neck crushing her 6th vertebra, she is only able to move her baby pinky and she was only able to utter call my dad. She is schedule for surgery some time today and is also schedule for another to follow in the next couple of weeks, the prognosis doesn’t look good in fact they think she will never walk again and that her story will be similar to Christopher Reeves.
Galardi South Enterprises will be holding a charity Fund raiser in her honor, at the Pink Pony the week of July 25-30th and us girls will be coming in from all over the country to come in a donate a show or two where the club will put the money in as a donation rather than pay us, we would love it if you could come down to the Pink Pony and show your support on those days. For you fans out there that can’t make it we will be filming a DVD of the shows that you wereunable to see and giving one away for every donation made of $75 or more, for all you dancers that alreadyhave booking on those dates a donation of one show would be appreciated. You can send your donations madeout to Crystal Waters to my fan club address and I can forward them off to her as they arrive. There will bemore information to follow.
This is a tragic even that has happened to a very sweet young 22 year old girl, I hope I have your support and your prayers.

When going to the Bank of America to donate to the Crystal Waters Medical Fund you need to supply the following information:
1) Account Name: Crystal Waters Medical Fund
2) Account Number: 003287010757
3) State in which the account was opened: Georgia
The State in which the account was opened is what the bank needs to find the account. The bank is able to fill in the address information for you.
I went to a Bank of America branch in NY on July 5th and the Assistant Branch Manager could not find the account. The Assistant Branch Manager said he needed to know the State in which the account was opened. I said it might be Georgia and that’s when it was found. The Assistant Branch Manager filled in the address information for me on the deposit slip as I did not know it. He gave me a receipt. He also said that I’m doing a good thing and when I would stopby to please let him know how Crystal is doing.
This morning I received an email from Brittany Love as she thought the account was opened in Iowa where theaccident occurred. I let Brittany know that I found out it was Georgia as I guessed it might be Georgia and the bank confirmed it.
Though it took about 30 minutes for me to donate to Crystal Waters Medical Fund the people at the bank were very nice to me.
