On a lesser site to my so-called “lesser site: this is being written about Smash Pictures’ Stuart Wall www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=10571, but no reference is made to Wall’s resemblance to Gomer Pyle:
“I mentioned in my last post that I’m in one of those “pondering trivialities” moods today. And wouldn’t ya know? All of a sudden this Stuart Wall/Smash Pictures thing breaks on that site that’s becoming commonly known as the “lesser site.”
So I thought I’d write a few words about this Stuart Wall thing cuz, well, cuz I *AM” in a mood to deal with trivial shit today.
First off, this is the jiz biz. Hello! We’re all about sex, right? We pay people to have sex, we get paid to have sex, we glorify sex, we commercialize sex, we sell sex.
Technically and universally, a lot of what’s going on in this business is called prostitution.
Yep, that’s right, if you’re having sex for money, you’re prostituting yourself. That’s the bottom line. You can argue it all you want, but the vast majority of the world’s population is gonna disagree with you. It is what it is. Period.
Now this is not to say I’m being judgemental. I’m not. We all prostitute ourselves in one way or another, even your’s truly on rare occasions. And it’s been my observation that some people, especially some people in the XXX industry (who don’t actually have sex in front of cameras) are some of the biggest prostitutes–make that whores–I’ve ever seen and/or dealt with! Politicians, by the way, also routinely fall into this “whore” category… as do many others.
But let’s get back to this Stuart Wall thing.
Stu runs Smash Pictures and in his capacity as General Manager, Stu (it is alledged) seems to be of the opinion that his position entitles him to sexual favors from prospective employees, i.e., girls vying for “prostitution” jobs in Smash Pictures’ pictures.
Hey! Everyone has a right to their opinions, right? Where’s those 1rst Amendment people when you need them? Besides, all these girls have to do is say “No” or “Go fuck yourself, asshole,” or whatever. This is the adult industry. We aren’t white slavers and, for the most part, I don’t often see girls so hard up for cash that they’ll do absolutely anything to get a job… even anything like sucking Stuart Wall’s dick.
Now, if someone like Mr. Wall persisted and didn’t take “no” for an answer, that’s a whole other issue.
Let’s say I manage some girl and I send her over to Smash Pictures for an interview and Stu asks to have his dick sucked. I don’t have a problem with that. It ain’t like I’m sending my sister over there. Stu can ask whatever he wants to ask.
But let’s say I send that girl over and Stu asks for a bit of love and she say’s “no” and then Stu DOESN’T give her the job based on her unwillingness to service Stu… then I have a problem with the situation and with Stu: A big fucking problem.
But maybe I’m in the minority here. Maybe agents and managers, i.e., most of them, do have a problem with their girls even being asked for a blowjob. Well, that’s easy. Don’t send any girls over to see Stu. In other words, put your principles ahead of your fucking wallets. Sounds like a pretty easy solution to me. In fact, if everyone truly had a problem with this, no one would be sending girls over to Stu or Smash Pictures and they’d be out of business. (At least, out of the business of producing skin flicks here, in Porn Valley.)
I guess what I’m saying is that in the commercial sex business–which is the business we’re in–asking for (free) sex mostly violates the principles of capitalism. It risks hurting whoever or whatever the something is you’re representing. And in this case, that something is Smash Pictures.
But if the big shots at Smash don’t have a problem with one of the little shots (possibly tho not probably) risking the company’s reputation or livelihood, who are we to judge? We’re all a bunch of whores anyway.
