Jamie Gardner posts: When I arrived at the Comic-Con on Wednesday for Preview Night. There was a big lineup for the Professional and Exhibutors. I was in line for all over 2 hours. Everybody was in the same line until you got tothe front of it. One of the people ahead of me in line was Dave Parker (the Director of The Dead Hate the Living!). I talked with him mostly about zombie movies.

On Thursday, I went to the David Cronenberg panel. He was talking about A History of Violence (a movie that hedirected). A scene from the movie was shown during the panel. During the Question and Answer period, Cronenberg also talked about his other movies. Cronenberg said that acting in other people’s movies made him understand what actors go through. During one of the movies he acted in, he was away from his wife for months. At the Carnal Comics booth, Inari Vachs was scheduled to sign on Thursday. She didn’t show up because an animal of her’s died at a kennel because of the heat.

Inari showed up on all the other days that she was scheduled. On Friday, I was in a lineup for the V For Vendetta panel featuring Natie Portman. One of the people in line was on the phone with someone else. The person in the room was telling him that the panel was already going on. When I heard this news, I decided to abandon the line. The roomhas seating for 6,500 people but there were too many people in line to get everybody in there. I saw the new Battlestar Galactica TV series panel with a couple of friends of mine. During Friday night, I went down to the Radisson Harbor View Hotel to see Todd Loren Documentary. I could find no parking so I drove home. Steve Crompton (the currentpublisher of Carnal Comics) and Jay Allen Sanford (the former publisher of carnal Comics) were there.
