Los Angeles- Jurors on Monday reached a verdict of guilty on all charges in the case against a photographer who years ago took topless pictures of actress Cameron Diaz.

John Rutter was found guilty of attempted grand theft, forgery and perjury.

Prosecutors depicted Rutter as a con artist who was hoping for “a very quick payoff by ratcheting up the pressure” on Diaz.

The charges stemmed from Rutter’s efforts to sell the 1992 photos back to Diaz after she became a film star.
