The legal foreplay over the Paris Hilton sex tape continues.

The hotel heiress’ ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon will seek an injunction blocking an Internet porn company from selling the explicit video he made with Hilton three years ago. He may also file suit against Hilton for alleging through her reps that he forced her to have sex when she was nearly unconscious.

Martin Singer, Salomon’s high-powered Hollywood attorney, tells us that he may “bring action against Paris for her defamatory statements.”

Hilton has called Salomon, the estranged husband of actress Shannen Doherty, a “liar.” Last week, Hilton rep Siri Garber claimed in print that Salomon took advantage of Hilton when she was incapacitated.

Garber was quoted as saying that, on the video, Hilton “can’t even get up. … She is the victim here.”

A Salomon friend who’s seen the video tells us, “She was totally cooperative. She was holding the camera. She even did a scene alone in a bathroom.”

This week, Singer says he’ll seek a restraining order to bar Marvad Corp., the Seattle Internet porn merchant, from peddling the video on Sexbrat.com.

“The video was stolen from Rick Salomon’s home and sold to these distributors,” says Singer. “They know Mr. Salomon is the owner of the copyright.”

He added, “Paris Hilton also has the right to object, because she never signed a release.”

Marvad said in a statement that it “refuses to be bullied by the super-rich parents of a woman who are trying to protect [Paris’] so-called reputation.”

Marvad said the company will release a 45-minute pay-per-view documentary called “Paris and Rick in Paradise.” According to the statement, the sex section starts “with the well-endowed Solomon shouting ‘Rolling!’ as he and Hilton commence an enthusiastic romp on a hotel room bed. The video depicts the amorous duo experimenting with ardent sex acts in a variety of positions.”
