Porn Valley- I spoke to Tom, Allan Shustack’s son-in-law Tuesday night. Tom confirmed that Shustack, owner of Redboard Video, passed away 12:55 AM Monday morning from a heart attack. According to Tom, Shustack was feeling ill Friday, called a cab and admitted himself to a hospital. Shustack, who had suffered a heart attack but was unaware of it, was being held for observation. The family was under the impression from the hospital that Shustack would be released Tuesday. In the meantime, Shustack suffered another heart attack, this one fatal.

Shustack, apparently suffered yet another heart attack about a year ago. Tom seems to suspect that Shustack was stressed about the lawsuit brought against him by Kym Wylde who’s being funded by Gary Kremen. In fact Shustack’s daughter – Tom’s wife- who is six months pregnant with twins was coming into town for a deposition in that suit. Funeral services are going to be held Thursday 10 am for Shustack.
