PORN VALLEY, CA – Kevin Rubio has announced the signing of Summer Sweet. In his release, aside from spelling Keri Windsor’s name wrong, Rubio states that Summer inked a five picture deal over the course of the next year where Sweet will star in five pictures, two she will also direct including several girl / girl and boy / girl scenes with husband Ryan Sweet and exclusive contract performer Rock N Rod. Exactly 10 days ago Summer barely even watched a porn and now she’s directing one? Kind of funny if you ask me.
It’s pretty obvious, the new porn couple from the middle of nowhere, “The Sweets,” have no concern over their recent snub and betrayal of manager Steve Seidman. Word on the street says that after they blew off shoots and dumped Seidman’s services irresponsibly, the Sweets are basically mocking him now and enjoying some of the negative press they’re receiving on the issue.
On their Yahoo Group, the Sweets posted, “We can’t believe how big of a hit we are … giggles .. check out www.ksexradio.com to see some slashing that has all ready happened … and it has just made us a bunch more popular!!!” Seidman has a show on KSEX called “Dee and the Fat Men,” a forum where he was able to tell the accounts of his relationship with the couple.
Whether Seidman could’ve helped give the Sweets their start or no, acting irresponsibly while just getting started will not sit well with people who could aid the couple on their path to a career in the adult world. Word on the street says the Sweets completely blew off a scene with Ed Powers, without the courtesy of a cancellation phone call. On their Yahoo group, Summer bragged about working with Peter North, which is all well and good, but the bragging should stop when it comes at the expense of others, based on their immature business dealings.
The Sweets seem like a very nice couple, although they need to know that even though as newbies, work will flow for a while, a time will come where the attention and work-load will slow down. Having allies in all the right places will play a key role in paying the rent at that time.
My advice…make amends with those you have scorned. People forgive those with the balls to admit it when they were wrong.
