Two fine, upstanding black gentlemen were accused of watching porn in their car.

JACKSONVILLE, FL — Police arrested two men who played porn on a screen in their car that children could see.

29-year-old Benjamin Glover and his passenger 25-year-old Desmond Ross were stopped for playing a pornographic movie clearly visible from the rear of the vehicle, according to the police report.

The report goes on to say that as many as two children in another vehicle and three in yet another watched it when Glover was stopped at a light near Myrtle and Moncrief.

“It wasn’t porn. We were watching The Players Club movie,” said Glover. He said he has hired a lawyer to fight the charge.

Local law states that a person cannot show obscene materials to a minor. The crime is a third degree felony punishable by up to five years behind bars.

Ross was also charged with drug possession. He is still behind bars.
