Prague- Two Germans were sentenced to 22 and 12 months in prison for having filmed hard-core pornography, according to a ruling yesterday by the Prague City Court.
Alois Eglseder, 50, and Thiemo Horst Hampel, 46, made video recordings showing underage girls involved in hard-core sexual activity.
The shooting was conducted in Prague; Most, North Bohemia, and Lotous, Central Bohemia.
The criminals sold the video cassettes through the Internet across Europe, in the US and Australia.
The two Germans thus threatened the morals and moral education of the youth, the court said. At least in two cases, the police found recordings with young girls performing what the court labeled “pathological sexual practices.”
The Germans paid the girls CZK 500 to CZK 2,500 for one recording.
The police detained the two Germans last September. In their flat, they found a number of video cassettes, photographs, slides and film equipment as well as an air pistol and a large amount of cash in various currencies.
The perpetrators had detailed records about the girls they used, including written contracts with them. The contracts detailed all of their personal data and the sexual practices they were ready to perform in front of a camera. The list contained almost 50 women and girls, 15 of whom were under 18.
Under questioning, all of the women and girls from the films said that they had provided their sexual services voluntarily for money. They said that they had done so because they were in a difficult financial situation.
