Porn Valley- I bet you’d be pretty pissed off if someone entered your home with a shotgun and casually blew a hole in your floor. FBI or no FBI, it sounds like Max Hardcore has some legal issues with the Feds who entered his home last Thursday.

Max wasn’t home at the time. He was in Barcelona, and it was late afternoon when he got a call that the FBI accompanied by local law enforcement entered his premises. Max was given the rundown by one of his “thugs” about what happened.

“I said you got to be shitting,” Max states. “I’m told the FBI is going through my place, that the FBI was holding a party.” Max said his people were told to go home, except for his house keeper, Adelina; and Max’s handyman, Marty who elected to stay.

“They tried to tell him to go home but he says, fuck no,” Max continues. “I’m staying here. They said if you’re going to stay here, you’re going to have to sit right down here. He was down in the driveway and Adelina was upstairs in the kitchen watching them as they were going through the house. That’s when the shotgun blast went off.”

Max isn’t sure exactly how many law enforcement officials entered his house. There were over 40 involved in the Extreme Associates raid several years ago and Max said that’s probably a good guess and he’d also guess that the same people were involved in this one as well. And Max was raided, similarly, five years ago.

“There was a joint task force but there’s no way to say for certain how many there were,” he says. “One of the guys told Marty that the place was looking a lot better than it was five years ago. So I’m assuming it was those guys along with the FBI. They had shirts on and the bullet-proof vests. I don’t know what they were expecting. But then somebody let loose with a round upstairs- one of the feds blew a hole through the floor and one of the floor joists. It was by sheer fucking luck that nobody was hit including Adelina or Marty.”

The story has been told two ways including the fact that there was an intentional aim.

“If that’s so, I’d like to know what the fuck he was aiming at,” says Max. “It was in the middle of a room. It sounded like he had just walked in the room and let the gun off. What we had heard, one of the guys didn’t know that Marty was with my crew. They were talking among themselves- one of the guys upstairs just fired a round into the floor. Put yourself into the Feds’ point of view. Most of them didn’t see it or have any idea what was going on. I’m sure that the next thing they did was pull out their fucking weapons and put a round in the chamber. God knows what could have happened if mass hysteria had set in. In fact, one of the female agents who was in charge of the operation started hyperventilating and ran screaming from the house.”

Max suspects there was only one or two agents in the room when the gun went off.

“I’ve got a big place so they were probably spread out all over the place looking for trouble. Once they secure the place they put the guns away or at least they put them down or put the safety back on. I’m just completely fuckin’ outraged. had I been there what else would have gone wrong? It might have ended up in me.”

The gun shot went off in an office on the third floor adjacent to Max’s office. I asked Max what was being stored in that office.

“When the cops come in they want to make sure there’s nobody else there or no booby traps. Whatever. They check every single room in the whole place. I stored some stuff up here. There are some cabinets and we do editing in that room.” According to Max he was supplied an inventory of all items taken.

“Oddly enough then went over the 2257 records for those particular titles,” he says. Those titles being, Pure Max 16: Euro Version; Max Hardcore Fists of Fury 3, Max Hardcore Extreme Schoolgirls 6: Euro Version, Max Hardcore Golden Guzzlers 5 and Max Hardcore Golden Guzzlers 6.

“I don’t think they expected any underage performers being in there,” he adds. “My records are completely labeled and they didn’t fuck things up too bad. It wasn’t like they were routing around and tearing shit up. They found the five titles and the associate paperwork including some master lists. When they left, they left it in a pile for me on one of my desks.”

I asked Max if his inclination was to come immediately home after he got the call in Spain.

“There was nothing I could do,” he says. “I might as well enjoy myself and finish up the trip which I did. I got the call and were just getting settled in over there. We were doing some shopping and getting ready to appear at the Barcelona Sex Expo. We had a nice booth over there. People were wonderful and really treated us well. They got us a nice hotel room. I said there’s nothing I can do and there’s nothing I got to hide. All my records were open. I was reasonably confident that they were going to find everything. They did find everything and, aside from blowing a hole in my floor, left without too much damage. But they did take all my computers. And they said they were copying them and would bring them right the fuck back. They didn’t bring them right the fuck back now we’re looking at a couple of days.

“We’ve got some back ups of things and stuff,” Max goes on to say. “But they cleaned us out pretty good. For instance we don’t have the accounting program to pay bills and so forth. They got a couple of video projects that are in the works like future movies. We might miss a deadline or two on one or two projects but other than that, it’s not going to fuck us up too much.”

At this point Max says he doesn’t need to do anything, that he’s in a holding pattern for now.

“I’m going to continue what I do and I’m not going to change the way I do business,” he says. “I’m not going to change the content of my videos.”

Max says he will continue to make the contents of his video hard and continue on.

“I’m not going to admit any wrong doing,” he says. “I don’t think I did anything wrong with these movies just because girls are getting fist-fucked or pissed on or whatever. I don’t think that’s wrong and I’m going to stand up for it. We’re going to continue to release movies at www.maxhardcore.com . They took the servers from that and shut us down for one day. We had a Plan B as we always do. We flipped the switch on the backup server, and we’re back in business.”Asked if he was planning legal retaliation, Max said, “Whatever options are available to me for recourse, I’m going to use every tool.”

Max has already beat one very high profile case in Los Angeles, and you’d think that would be the end of it.

“Maybe I was born under a bad sign,” Max quips. “I don’t know. I’ve had pretty good luck my entire life. All I can think is that when you’re at the head of the pack like me and Rob, you’re going to be the first ones to step on a land mine. I don’t know what these guys got against me, but we’re the only guys regularly doing the pissing in America- and fist fucking. Okay, maybe they think we’re going to go after this guy and keep a lid on this. It’s hard to say what they’re thinking because they don’t think like normal people do. I’m sure they feel they’re doing the right thing, but that’s not the way I feel about it. I feel that whatever consenting adults want to do in the privacy of their own bedroom or in front of a camera- as long as no one’s getting hurt- whatever they want to watch at home is their own goddamn business. The government’s got no business telling them what to do. What’s the logical end point of all of this? We end up like the Taliban where all the fucking women got to wear burkhas. God forbid you escort a woman some place. They’ll end up stoning her for being a whore. That’s the logical end result when you try to clamp down on freedom of sexual expression.”

Max says the Feds seem to have the manpower for hunting down these specious cases.

“My crew has seen it first hand,” he says. “These are some real fucks. They can come into you house, shoot it up, take a bunch of shit and act like nothing has happened.”
