LOS ANGELES – Porn actors Tanya Mercado (known as Gina Lynn) and Eric Hagen have sued three companies and an individual in Superior Court for allegedly using and selling their images without consent. Plaintiffs say they are “premier adult performers … with worldwide fans and a dedicated following.”

They hired defendant Scott Del Amo to take photos of videos of them for their own use in 2001, they say. But Del Amo and his companies, defendants Cloud 9 Content and Wildonx, allegedly sold the images to defendants Metro Entertainment and Metro Interactive to create an adult series, without plaintiffs’ permission or compensation. The works at issue are the films “The Best of Tawny Roberts,” “Blondes Only,” “Blondes Only 2,” and “Cum Guzzlers.” Plaintiffs seek an accounting and treble damages.
