NASHVILLE – Two women claim Dr. Thurman Pedigo sexually battered them for his own gratification during inappropriate examinations for work-related injuries. They sue Pedigo and Medicine@Work PC in Davidson County Court. One says Pedigo put his hand down her pants while she sought care for an injured index finger.

The other claims he fondled her breasts and manipulated her legs in a sexual manner when she sought care for a back complaint. Both say Pedigo was obviously sexually aroused by his offensive touching. They seek punitive damages.
