The San Diego Chargers, which are losing games on last minute field goals, are playing well above what their 3-4 record would indicate. This week San Diego’s matched up against the Kansas City Chiefs, a team that’s been killing me in the picks all season. The line has San Diego by six points and the Chiefs have lost 5 out of their last 7 games at Diego. With baited breath I pick San Diego.
Beating the Charges last week by a blocked field goal and a 65-yard TD return, Philadelphia finds all kinds of ways to win. They also find all kinds of ways to lose. They’re playing in Denver this weekend and Denver looks as good as any team out there right now except that their pass defense puts them 26th in the league. Donovan McNabb threw 54 passes last week. Guess what he’s going to do this week.
It will be interesting to see if this is the week Houston breaks into the win column. Most of the Adultfyi’ers think so. Especially when Brown’s QB Trent Dilfer says: “I haven’t played well on Sunday.” Maybe the Browns should schedule their games on Saturdays.
