New York, NY – He may be the King of All Media, but not according to Inifinity radio. The company suspended Stern from his radio show on Tuesday for chatting up too much about his move to Sirius Satellite radio.

The company replaced his normal morning show with a compilation show, but will resume his live broadcast on Wednesday.

Stern’s spokesman, Matt Traub, says of the suspension: “This is an act of desperation by men who are losing their once-in-a-lifetime franchise.”

It is unclear what Stern said on his show that prompted officials from Infinity to suspend him. Stern is scheduled to appear on The David Letterman Show later this week.
