Porn Valley- I caught up to Dennis Hof who was with Ron Jeremy and a couple of babes. They were attending The American Music Awards. I ask Hof what he thought about the Heidi Fleiss deal going bust www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=12947, particularly after some big media hype lent to it by the LA Times. Fleiss and her business partner Joe Richards have since gone kaplooey
“The deal never would have worked to start with,” says Hof. “This guy [Richards] is just a handful. In my estimation he led her down the path and used her for the media exposure that she would get, which worked. But it ain’t over.”
By that Hof says he helped Fleiss acquire some land in Nevada.
“She’s just going to have to build her own building, now. That’s all,” Hof added.
Hof and Fleiss were on the Howard Stern show www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=10381 back in June. At that time Fleiss was already touting her business partnership with Richards and her romantic partnership with Hof.
“She was going to get this property and build next to the Bunny Ranch,” recalls Hof. Fleiss was going to call the development Heidi Town.
“Hers was going to be her type of operation,” said Hof. “But she ran her mouth to me and I had to cut her loose. She’s a strong broad and I had to end it. We’re still friends and I’m going to still help her on this thing. But it’s going to have to be done on her property now. The property has closed escrow. She owns the property now and she’s going to have to build the building. That’s what’s going to happen. She thinks it can be done in 45 days. I think that’s a bit aggressive.”
With Fleiss’ police record being the issue, Hof believes that she can still get a license.
“Different counties have different things going on,” he says. “Our county- if it’s five years after conviction, you can get the license. Where she’s at, it’s up to the county commissioners there. They decide who does what. She’s confidant that she can do that. I think it’s going to happen. I don’t like the idea of the stud farm. I think it’s a silly idea, and I don’t like it. If that’s what she wants to do, that’s great. I’ll do my deal. She does hers. But I think the idea of the stud farm is ridiculous. I wish her luck but I don’t like it.”
