WWW- JAY-Z is being sued by former pro wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, who claims the hip-hop heavy stole his trademark “Diamond Cutter” hand gesture.

The suit, filed in L.A. federal court, accuses Jay-Z and Roc-A-Fella Records of copyright infringement and misappropriation of a hand signal, mtv.com reports. Page wants an injunction to prevent Jay-Z from using the gesture – which involves touching the index fingers and thumbs so they form a diamond shape. Page’s lawyer says the wrestler can be seen flashing the “Cutter” on video since the mid-’90s.
