RICHMOND, Calif. A porn actress accused of having sex with a 15-year-old Bay Area boy is behind bars after being arrested in Oklahoma.

Richmond police say Genevieve Elise Silva was arrested yesterday at her mother’s house in Roosevelt, Oklahoma.

Police had been looking for the 20-year-old Silva since a warrant was issued for her arrest on suspicion of rape using a controlled substance, statutory rape and detaining or concealing a child.

Investigators say Silva provided ecstasy and methamphetamine during sexual encounters to a 15-year-old who attended Richmond’s De Anza High School.

Silva is fighting extradition back to California. After a hearing yesterday in Oklahoma, the proceedings were continued until next week.

Richmond investigators say they discovered Silva was a porn actress when they found pornographic pictures of her on a Web site that also featured advertisements for several X-rated videos she was in.
