BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Eldorado has partnered with Exsens for a virtual private training event on Oct. 4.

The hour-long live event will be hosted by Exsens Senior Sales Manager for North and South America Rebecca Pinette-Dorin, and will focus on “the power of upselling.”

Pinette-Dorin will review how merchandising and the power of suggestion will help “raise the average basket size with Exsens lubes, lotions and body care products, and create a shopping experience customers will love,” a rep explained.

Pinette-Dorin isaid, “I am so excited to have this opportunity to talk with everyone about one of my favorite topics. Creating a better shopping experience not only helps stores raise sales and margins, but it keeps customers coming back. Exsens is really the perfect product line for up-sell, but this webinar can be applied to many product lines and will, I hope, be interesting and informative for all stores.”

Eldorado Director of Sales Derek DalPiaz explained that the company’s Virtual Elevation series “connects manufacturers with stores and provides an avenue for store employees to gain product knowledge without leaving the store. Better product knowledge enhances the customer experience, which ultimately increases sales for all involved.”
