Porn Valley- Rebecca Hilton was on the Howard Brown Live this week giving her version of events involving a lawsuit between her and Summer Haze and Craig Valentine. https://adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=15846. I spoke to Craig Valentine this week. Valentine had heard Hilton’s interview as well and took copious notes. The upshoot of it, is, Valentine had a good chuckle.
“Rebecca Hilton’s not that smart,” Valentine observes. “I don’t know if you’ve met her yet but I think a used condom is smarter than her. She basically says she got ripped off by very bad people in the porn business. She’s saying she got ripped off by Club Summer Haze Productions. Can you repeat that one more time? Summer Haze Productions never worked for Rebecca Hilton. She hired the other production company, Haze Experience. Just like any good porn production company, we use several studios. She’s saying she contracted Summer.
“Really? Then, according to Rebecca, she wrote, produced, directed, starred in, did the artwork and distributed A Not So Simple Porn Life. If she did all that why is she suing us? What the fuck did I miss? Then she goes into how we ripped her off.
“We did the first movie, continues Valentine. “It didn’t sell that well and there were many problems and they weren’t pleased with the product they got. Which is unusual because nothing goes to press unless you sign off on it. The e-mail I got in from her husband which is attached to the proof in her file is exactly how happy he was, and he thought it was the best thing he’s ever seen in his life. That doesn’t sound like anything where anyone has problems and needs changes. There were slight changes on the artwork and everything else but he insisted that I use the pictures that he took. Fine. You’re flipping the bill, I’ll do what the client wants. Fuck, you’re paying for it. If you tell me you want me to go ahead piss on the fuckin’ box and wrap it, hey, you’re paying me to do it, I’ll do it. I don’t give a shit. As long as I’m not hurting anybody.
“Now she’s saying there were problems and they were helping us with money. Hey, nobody ever helped me. Fuck my stepfather owns a damn chain of Swingers clubs. He makes 50 grand a week. He don’t help me. We’re the real Jewish family that came from a concentration camp. It’s do it your fuckin’ self.”Besides, said Valentine, what producer in his right mind would shoot a movie for someone and not get at least something up front. Which is what happened.
“The LA court is appealing this case on their own,” Valentine continues. “It’s an automatic appeals process. But now the Hiltons are supposedly suing us in Florida. Then she said in the interview that I haven’t paid Don Hollywood [Haze’s attorney] and they said he was terminating me as a client. Don wanted to know when all of this happened and when they were going to tell him. You know Don. If Don’s unhappy, Don has got no problem saying it.”
One thing Valentine also insists on is the fact that he never lies to or has cheated anyone.
“I will get into arguments with people but I’m basically on the up and up and above board,” he says. Rebecca Hilton in a court statement also said she’s never been to Florida. Valentine says the majority of the films were shot in Florida although Hilton gives the impression in her interview they were done in California.
“Then she turns around in that interview and says after the hurricane we flew to Florida and saw their house- it was perfect,” Valentine points out. The airports were shut down for three weeks. Jennifer Steele who doesn’t live too far away from me- her house is completely obliterated. Nobody had power here until 30 days after the storm. People were fighting for food, water and everything else. My they had no problem landing a commercial jet liner just for the Hiltons There was no gas. No rental cars.”
“I’m confused,” I tell Valentine. “One minute they say they never were in Florida, then when they were in Florida they couldn’t have possibly been in Florida at the time when they said they were in Florida.”
“I was talking to my bankruptcy attorney,” says Valentine. “He’s like this is great. You filed for bankruptcy October 6. The hurricane was October 24th. Now they’re in Florida coming to look for you where they stated to the court they never attempted to try and collect the debt at all.”
According to Valentine the movies were shot in the beginning of 2005.
“If you look clearly in the first film, it was shot in Florida,” says Valentine. “It was shot at my stepfather’s swingers club. It was also shot at X Factor’s in Hollywood, Fla. It was shot at Eccentric Hair Salons. It was shot at the El Presidente Hotel at the Miami International airport. There was one segment that I did not film that her husband filmed. That was in Los Angeles, but Haze Experience had nothing to do with that.”
Valentine notes how in the Hilton interview Devyn Devine chimed in with comments when Hilton stated that Old Pueblo showed her the light and how Valentine was ripping everybody off.
“Devyn goes one of my friends has a lawsuit against Old Pueblo for not paying them, either,” Valentine relates. “Are you sure that Arnold’s telling you the truth? Oh, yeah, says Hilton.”
“This all stems back to a letter from Arnold where he says the checks he gave me for our product that bounced- when I put them back in to try and collect- the money in the bank was really Rebecca Hilton’s,” says Valentine. “It’s amazing but no one has seen these miraculous checks. But Rebecca is now stating they were made out to her. If this is true the Feds need to be called in because I must be defrauding the banking system. And she says because Arnold’s right he doesn’t have to open his books to anybody. And she’s trying to claim $30,000 of plastic surgery that we owe them.
“This all comes down to Arnold turning around and lying to them,” Valentine alleges. “They still haven’t paid me the talent fees, the arrangement fees or basically my royalty fees because I own A Not So Simple Porn Life. I own it. They never came up with anything. I got the scripts. I had the art designed here. I got everything. Pay me what you fucking owe me. That’s the whole issue. Arnold told them they didn’t have to. The other thing they went on and on about is that they have the original tapes which is bullshit. They have the original tapes for the first one. They said they don’t have the paperwork but they obtained copies of the paperwork so they’re releasing the movie anyway. The paperwork to this day has not left my lawyer’s office in Miami. I was told- what they did- is they got one of Ron Jeremy’s releases from another movie and are attaching it to this movie.
“Jim Jr. from World Modeling knows that those releases are sitting down there and she said she’s releasing his scene, too,” Valentine continues. “I’ve got Jim South Jr. in a porn movie. We were doing a casting call over at World Modeling looking for talent because Hilton wanted to find a girl. Her husband filmed a scene of her blowing Jr.” According to Valentine, the Hiltons somehow got their hands on the tape but Valentine still has the releases.
“She’s bragging how she was the best blowjob Junior ever had,” Valentine says. “Junior’s basically telling me that the blowjob was so bad he would have preferred to have slammed his dick in the sliding office door. If you hear this whole [Hilton] interview [it went two hours] it’s hilarious. Put it this way. Poor Howard is banging his head on the table. Hilton’s talking about how she never gave a blowjob until she was 35 and how her husband taught her how to give a blowjob.”
