Los Angeles- On Monday, former ECW wrestling star Jasmin St. Claire will be signing copies of the just released ‘Metal’s Dark Side Vol. 1: The Hard & The Furious’ at Tower Records on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood from 11 PM till Midnight. Tuesday, April 25th, St. Claire will be signing at the Dark Realm Record Store from 5PM to 7Pm in Dowey, CA. St. Claire is host of the metal DVD-zine, ‘Metal’s Dark Side’, a new extreme metal video magazine published six times a year nationally through MVD- Music Video Distributors.
The first of its kind, this DVD’s debut volume features interviews and censored videos from extreme metal acts- ranging in genre from black metal to speed metal to death metal-including interviews with Cannibal Corpse, Death Angel, Satyricon, Nevermore, and Damage Plan, as well as a special Tribute to late Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell, including one of Damageplan’s last interviews .
Additionally, she serves as a BC Rich and Coffin Case Spokesmodel. Finally, St. Claire is scheduled to release her authorized autobiography, co-authored with biographer Jake Brown, in the fall of 2006, and recently began her gig as host of “The Metal Scene TV Show”, L.A.’s hottest new heavy metal television show.
