LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures has released the third installment of reigning XBIZ Performer of the Year Seth Gamble’s latest feature, “Iris.”
The erotic thriller stars Blake Blossom in the title role, along with Emma Hix, Jennifer White, Charles Dera, Dan Damage and Alex Mack.
“‘Iris’ centers on the psychological unraveling of a young woman (Blossom),” said a rep.
Gamble expanded on the plotline.
“The movie asks the question, ‘what would you do if you felt so unseen in your daily life that you feel literally invisible?'” he said. “Is Iris driven by a thirst for revenge against a man who once tried to take advantage of her and the indifferent bystanders who let it happen, or is someone or something else killing these unsuspecting passengers? Is her sense of invisibility in society fueling her actions, compelling her to cross boundaries and commit acts that others would never dare consider? That’s the question — just what are the lengths to which a person can go when they feel unseen?”
The third scene, titled “Decision,” features Blossom, Hix and Mack.
“Having sealed Dan Damage’s fate in ‘Invisible,’ the project’s previous scene, rideshare driver Iris’ life continues to spiral out of control,” the synopsis reveals. “Feeling unseen by society, she finds herself at the center of a series of brutal murders. Her passengers, seduced and then killed, seem to be victims of a vengeful force targeting those who once wronged her and stood by in silence. As the mystery deepens, the lines blur between reality and imagination. Is she merely a bystander, or is there something more sinister lurking beneath the surface?”
Gamble also enthused about his cast.
“As the director, I was incredibly impressed by the preparation each of them brought to the table,” he said. “Blake approached the scene with a methodical precision, immersing herself in the character’s imagined backstory and motivations. She memorized lines not just for accuracy, but to internalize every nuance and inflection, ensuring her performance was emotionally charged. Emma came from a more organic place; her ability to convey subtle shifts in emotion through body language and facial expressions added layers of depth to the scene, turning the screws on the tension we wanted to create. Alex, meanwhile, was very natural, and really delivered with his understanding of pace and timing – a lot of what he needed to do involved reacting to the head games at play between the two women. He brought a natural intensity to his character that made the scene feel real and immediate.”
