Tennessee- Sex education teacher Pamela Rogers is taken back to jail in Tennessee for getting in touch with the same young boy who landed her in trouble in the first place. The Tennessee temptress, who already has served jail time for having sex with a 13-year-old student, was arrested again – the second time in two weeks – for contacting the teen and sending him nude photos and videos of herself, according to prosecutors.

Rogers, 28, also reached out to the boy and his family via phone calls, e-mails and text messages, court documents show.

On Wednesday, a judge in Warren County, Tenn., ordered Rogers held without bail until a July hearing.

Rogers pleaded no contest last year to having sexual intercourse and oral sex with the now-14-year-old student. She was sentenced to a six-month jail term and probation, on the condition that she not contact the victim or use the Internet.

Prosecutor Dale Potter said he now wants to revoke Rogers’ probation and send her to the slammer for seven years.

Rogers’ attorney, Peter Strianse, said he would question his client’s mental state if the new charges stick.
