Porn Valley- Former video vixen Karrine “Superhead” Steffans’ request for a temporary restraining order barring the release of Vivid Entertainment’s “Superhead” porn DVD was denied by a federal judge on Tuesday.

U.S. District Judge George Schiavelli turned down Steffans’ request to halt the distribution of the video, which features Steffans engaging in oral sex and intercourse with adult film star Mr. Marcus back in 2000.

Steffans originally filed for the order in an attempt to receive compensation from the profits of the DVD, which she says she would donate to charity.

“That was six years ago when I was a coke whore,” Steffans told the New York Daily News last month. “I was a single mom. I needed money. Vivid makes it look like it’s a new tape. They’re using my current picture and a book title without my permission.

“If anyone profits from the film, I want my cut, which I will donate to charity,” the former video vixen and top-selling author added.

Judge Schiavelli said that Steffans didn’t provide sufficient evident supporting the merit of her case, in which she seeks a permanent injunction and money damages over the “Superhead” DVD.

The suit against Vivid is still pending.

The “Superhead” film was released on April 21 through Vivid Entertainment Group, one of the adult film industry’s leading distributors (see “Vivid Entertainment To Release ‘Superhead’ Porn Film”).

Steffans released a tell-all book, titled Confessions Of A Video Vixen, describing her rap video exploits and experiences with many of the rap industry’s biggest names, late in 2005.
