Jef Hickey, whose ties to the adult industry included serving as editor of New Rave magazine, creating the video series “Backstage Sluts” with director Matt Zane, and being briefly married to AVN Hall of Famer Tyffany Million, died April 18 due to an accidental overdose of heroin and morphine.
