New York – Proof of what goes around generally comes out of your pants, Rocco Graziosa, the ex-bartender, who was involved in a fist fight with former Yankee pitcher David Wells, was arrested with his dick literally in his hand. Graziosa, who is still involved in a lawsuit with Wells, was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a woman while she was out cold at a New Year’s Eve party in Yonkers. If convicted, Graziosa, 28, faces 7 years.

The 21-year-old victim had been celebrating New Year’s Eve with friends, and wound up early Thursday at the home of one of the revelers. The victim apparently went to sleep in one of the bedrooms in the house and awoke when Graziosa, his genitals exposed, began fondling her and a friend shouted in alarm, according to police. It was when the woman screamed that Graziosa stopped.

Graziosa, who was still on the premises when the cops arrived, was placed under arrest without further incident and he was charged with aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree. Graziosa was held at the Westchester County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

In September 2002, Wells, now with the San Diego Padres, lost two teeth at an Upper East Side diner in an early-morning brawl when Graziosa sucker-punched him after some remarks had passed back and forth about both Wells’ weight and his mother. Wells claimed that Graziosa threatened him with a butter knife. But Graziosa was subsequently acquitted Graziosa on weapons charges.
