Porn Valley- Cassandra Cruz had Dick Delaware arrested and thrown in jail today. Cruz had been dating Delaware about a month but today their relationship flared up for the final time. I spoke to Cruz Tuesday afternoon. She told me that things were coming to a boil over the past few days.

“At first we were dating and I accepted that he wanted to be my boyfriend,” says Cruz. “I didn’t want a boyfriend. Even when he wasn’t officially my boyfriend he freaked out on me once and then he apologized. I figured he was a nice guy at first. He is a nice person. But he’s a fighter. That’s his mentality. It’s the mood swings and burst of anger. I took enough of that this morning. This morning I left him.”

According to Cruz, she and Delaware were in another fight the day before.

“He just gets mad all the time- I don’t like that,” she said. “But this morning I woke up- he slept on the couch, I slept in the bed.”

Cruz said she was determined not to hold the past argument against Delaware and was going to be nice.Cruz had to run some errands, including a trip to the bank and to an Internet cafe because Delaware had sat on her computer and she couldn’t use hers.

“I was going to check my e-mails and check my MySpace,” she continued. “It was no big deal. I keep it on there because I want to have some fans.” Cruz said she got one message which she never read because Delaware interrupted her.

“Who the hell is that guy- he’s better looking than me, huh?” he told her. “I’m like, you know what? Stop. So I closed the window. I said you can do whatever you want to do, I’m leaving. He didn’t have a car, his car is in the shop, so I took the car and I left because I couldn’t deal with his anger. I knew he was going to explode and I’m, like, I’m not going to be there for that. I don’t need him insulting me. I can’t stop anyone from sending me messages. He was being a jealous boyfriend. I told him I didn’t even know these people.”

Another thing that got to her, says Cruz, was the way Delaware would talk to her.

“I said don’t talk to me like that- don’t yell at me.” Cruz admits that Delaware could be the sweetest person then go off on her.

“He would turn around and get angry- that’s how it’s been the last three days,” she said. Cruz tells how she’s been trying to get an apartment of her own and was afraid that Delaware was going to scare the people she was renting from.

“He gets on the phone and starts screaming at someone- I’m, like, what are you doing? Why are you attracting attention? It doesn’t look good on my part.” According to Cruz she finally had it out with Delaware Tuesday telling him that he had to stop being jealous.

“Then he’d threaten me saying how he was going to ruin my career,” Cruz continued. “Then he was saying how he was going to trash all my clothes. It just freaked me out.” On his way back from the Internet cafe, Delaware cast more threats and Cruz said she knows he’s fully capable of acting them out.

Cruz first met Delaware on a set. She was introduced by John West.

“It was in June, the second day I was in LA,” recalls Cruz who’s from the east coast.

“He fell in love with me, he was, like, oh you’re so pretty, you’re so beautiful- all this stuff. He was so extremely nice.” According to Cruz, West told her that Delaware was a fighter.

“I don’t know anything about UFC fighters,” she said. “I’ve never been around them. Apparently they’re really big here in Cali but I’m from the east coast. It’s not big there or not with me.”

Because of circumstances, Cruz had nowhere to live so she moved in with Delaware.

“He was all sweet and nice and it was fine- I knew he really liked me and I kept saying I don’t want a boyfriend. I didn’t come out to California for a boyfriend. I don’t want to be in a relationship. I came to Cali to be away from that drama; now here I am.”

Cruz, who’s currently with LA Direct, claims she made it clear to Delaware that he wasn’t her boyfriend.

“I would have someone I would like and want to hang out with, he’d wind up getting jealous,” she said. “He’d have these mood swings in front of everyone.” Cruz claims Delaware had a flare up in the Combat Zone offices recently.

“He was threatening people and was turning everyone against each other and me,” she said. “I told him things in privacy and he told everyone. It was a huge thing, the first time he freaked out. But his friends were, like, don’t worry. He’ll calm down. I was scared of him. He’d be raging, driving everywhere and threatening me. He just seems so nice at first.”

Cruz said she’d been deathly afraid of getting out of the relationship.

“I’m scared,” she said. “I don’t know anything about the industry and he says he can ruin my career the way he ruined his former girlfriend’s. He says he’s going to threaten people if they shoot me.

“But now he can’t do shit because he’s been arrested,” Cruz continued. “His bail is $50,000. He was threatening to do stuff to my place and finally he said he’d burn my stuff. And he did assault me. The cops came because he attacked me and tried to get into my car and take the keys from me.”
