(SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, CA) — It was a very interesting day Thursday as KSEXradio.com promoted Tera Patrick’s appearance on The Wanker Show, set to announce her new show on the popular internet broadcast medium. Hours later, attorneys for Digital Playground tried to put a cease on the action by sending a stern letter to KSEX, claiming Patrick was still under contract with Digital Playground, who according to attorney claims, had all rights to anything Tera.
Just when it looked like the Tera appearance would be postponed, Patrick’s attorneys provided KSEX upper management court documents that proved different, at least for now. A follow up hearing between Digital and Patrick convenes in Van Nuys, California Court, Tuesday, June 10, 2003 with the same judge presiding over the case.
On her telephone appearance Thursday, Tera said, “I am very happy to be part of the KSEX family with my new show, Totally Tera.” She claimed to miss the fans very much, announced that she has new, larger tits and will be doing her KSEX show from Los Angeles and her home in New York City. The show will most likely also feature new man, Evan Seinfeld of the group BioHazard and the TV Show “Oz.”
Ten minutes prior to his show, Wankus sent a letter off to Digital attorney Paul Cambria, stating the following:
Dear Mr. Cambria:
We have received and reviewed your letter, dated June 4, 2003, in regards to the dispute between Digital Playground and adult actress Tera Patrick a/k/a [real name] (Miss. Patrick). We also forwarded the information to our
attorneys as well as Miss. Patrick’s attorney, David P. Beitchman.
Upon review of a copy of legal court documents from The Superior Court of the State of California, Van Nuys, dated May 15, 2003, it has come to our attention that presiding judge, Stephen D. Peterson has denied Digital Playground’s application for a temporary restraining order in regards to the use of her name or prevention from work until such time as preliminary injunction hearing can be conducted on June 10, 2003.
Upon this discovery, it has been explained to us that Miss. Patrick is free to conduct business under said name and likeness unless there is a change in status based on a valid court order.
Should you come by new information proving to KSEXradio that Miss. Patrick is legally prohibited to work outside of her supposed agreement with Digital, please provide it to this company immediately and we will take the
appropriate actions to comply with the letter of the law.
Thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter.

This morning Cambria responded:
Proceed at your own risk you have been put on notice.

A copy of the threatening letter KSEX received yesterday was sent to attorneys for Tera who responded to Digital attorneys quite harshly, implying they were involved in illegal conduct by challenging KSEX.
Both attorney letters can be read in the column on the left hand side. Look for the thumbnail and click it to see it in large size.
