Conley, a New York City woman, has raked in, by some estimates, about $715,000 in the last four years by operating two escort services in Indianapolis. Conley, 50, even once bragged to an undercover cop, that the key to her success was hiring and training women to be clones of herself. Conley had a dozen “clones” working for her with a house used as a drop point for the cash.

Conley, who didn’t take the opportunity to register fatfacedhookers.com, is currently being held in detention on Riker’s Island. Conley faces eight felony counts of promoting prostitution, corrupt business practices and money laundering. The court has ordered her bank account frozen.

Investigators are trying to determine if Conley, formerly of Indianapolis, has ties to organized crime and don’t know if she had operations in New York or any other city outside Indianapolis.

The investigation of Conley began in July when an undercover cop arranged a date through Conley’s Nicolette & Co., and the woman who met him offered sex for money. The woman later detailed how the service operated, which led to investigators later recording conversations Conley had with an informant.

During one of the conversations, Conley, who was recorded as saying she always wanted to be a madam, also said she had been in business for nine years and saved enough money to retire.
