NY- The witching hour has arrived for the NYPD and cabby Eric Darko – they’re being sued for allegedly roughing up a lesbian Playboy Playmate ex-sorceress author.

Stephanie Adams, a former Miss November and reported descendant of presidents John and John Quincy Adams, will file suit against the cabby and the cops today for the May run-in she says left her in permanent pain.

“We want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else,” said her lawyer, Sanford Rubenstein.

The suit charges the NYPD and Darko’s cab company with assault and seeks unspecified money damages.

Adams, an author of various books on spirituality, was leaving a birthday party on the Upper East Side on May 25, when she hailed a cab to take her to her Chelsea apartment.

The ride turned into a nightmare when she asked the cabby if he could drop her off closer to her apartment – which was apparently out of his way.

“The driver became very upset and cursed at her” and ordered her out, a Taxi and Limousine Commission report said.

Adams called 911, but Darko told responding cops that she had a gun and threatened to shoot him. The officers wrestled her to the ground and “put pressure” on her back after leering at her skintight outfit, the suit claims.

Darko told a TLC investigator that he was frightened because Adams bared “vampire teeth.”

The NYPD said the cops “responded appropriately.”
