WWW- JOAN Crawford was unhygienic and treated her bed partners like sex slaves, a new biography claims.
In “Joan Crawford: Hollywood Martyr,” David Bret writes that the Oscar winner started in such porn flicks as “Velvet Lips,” the plot of which mirrored her own story: “that of the starlet so desperate to break into the movies [that] she administers [oral sex] to the surprised producer.”
But Crawford was not “overly fastidious with personal hygiene [and] arrived in Hollywood with crabs,” the author reveals. She humiliated lovers, insisting “they beg, literally, for sex – and kneel before her and crave for forgiveness whenever she said they had displeased her.” One was Phillip Terry, whom Crawford wed and kept “on a leash, running her household like a dictator.” Another was lawyer Greg Bautzer, who sported “small scars” on his face from a game in which Joan would force “him to grovel at her feet for forgiveness. This she would refuse, sneering and stripping down to her gold silk underwear, taunting and insulting until Bautzer ripped off his skimpies, pinned her to the bed and took her by force.”
