Porn Valley- Attorneys for Ducati Productions have filed a lawsuit against Arland Kerkove, A.K.A. Skeeter Kerkove in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Company owner Kevin Ducati discovered movie footage that was purchased under an exclusive contract with defendant Kerkove was also sold to another production house. In meetings with the company, it was further uncovered that one of the bonus scenes included in the contract was owned by them and that several models releases had been forged with Bridgette Kerkoves signature that were exact matches for defendant Arland Kerkove’s signature. A second bonus scene included in the deal has been shelved pending further investigation of who may possibly have claims of ownership of that scene.

Numerous attempts were made by Ducati to contact Kerkove to resolve the breach of contract. Kerkove chose to ignore the calls and made no attempt to contact Ducati Productions.
