Ric Williams writes: Hey Gene, As further corroboration, I sold EVN a $3,500 order UPS COD in early November. They stopped payment on the $3,500 check and replaced it with 3 checks post dated to 12/1, 12/11 and 12/21. The check numbers are 26054, 26055, and 26056 all drawn on First Regional Bank in Century City.
