Tokyo- The president of an adult movie production company in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, and four others were arrested Thursday on suspicion of introducing two girls aged 14 and 17 to adult movie production companies, the Metropolitan Police Department said.
Kiyoshi Usuda, 40, and the others allegedly are being held over violations of the Employment Security Law after introducing a third-year middle school student from Tokyo and her 17-year-old friend to three pornographic DVD production companies in the city’s Shinjuku and Suginami wards at the end of July and the end of August.
The five posted a wanted ad for models in a weekly magazine. The 14-year-old junior high school student and the 17-year-old unemployed girl, both from Tokyo, were interviewed after responding to the ad.
The junior high school student pretended to be her 20-year-old sister, and the unemployed 17-year-old girl said she was 19-years old, after both obtained their elder sisters’ resident registry cards.
The five people introduced the two girls to pornographic video producers in Shinjuku-ku and Suginami-ku in July and August.
“I didn’t know one of the girls was a junior high school student,” one of the five was quoted as saying.
The junior high school girl received 50,000 yen for appearing in one pornographic video, while the older girl appeared in eight videos for 700,000 yen, police said.
The girls said that they performed in the videos because they wanted money for clothes and fun.
