NYC- The lurid sex suit filed by an ex-Rangers cheerleader may come down to one night in a West Village bar.

There was plenty of plain talk about sex that night; that much both sides concede.

But who initiated the dirty banter lies at the heart of the federal sex harassment suit filed by Courtney Prince, [pictured] the ex-captain of the Rangers City Skaters, against Madison Square Garden.

Prince claimed that Rangers VP Jason Vogel tricked her into going to Daddy-O on Dec. 22, 2003, by telling her that other skaters would be joining them.

Once there, according to sworn testimony from Prince filed in Manhattan Federal Court, Vogel and New York Times hockey writer Jason Diamos asked her to have sex in the bathroom.

Prince said when they got to Daddy-O, Vogel ordered tater tots and she ordered a quesadilla. Diamos ordered a mixed drink.

“The next thing I heard Jason Vogel say ‘Ha-ha. We fooled you,'” Prince told Garden attorneys during a pretrial deposition in September.

“I think I said to him, ‘What is going on? Where are the other skaters?'” Prince said.

“Why didn’t you leave?” a Garden attorney asked.

“Because I wanted my quesadilla,” she said.

Prince claims Vogel not only asked her to have sex, but indicated he’d like to have sex with most of the skating troupe.

“I would have sex with any of the skaters on the team with the exception of the one with the horse face,” she said he told her.

A few minutes later she said Diamos asked Prince if he could kiss her, but she turned away.

“As I turned my head to my right side, Jason Vogel put his mouth and his tongue on top of my mouth and tried to put his tongue into my mouth,” Prince testified.

In Vogel’s account, contained in an internal Garden memo, he claims Prince, 28, steered the conversation toward sex while he and Diamos went along with it.

“CP talked about the maturation process of her body and discussed the positions and oral sex, that she engaged in and did not engage in with her boyfriend.”
