North Carolina- Adult retailer Greg Sakas www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=21690 calls me Monday night.

Sakas reports that his store manager was arrested Monday in the wake of a police raid on one of his stores last month. At issue is a North Carolina statute that says you can’t sell both movies and adult novelties out of the same store.

“She went in voluntarily,” Sakas says. “They had warrants for her arrest. And they could come to my house right now and handcuff me. They’ve got paperwork on me.”

Sakas said he also has an account set up including an address for anyone that wants to contribute to his legal chest.

So far a couple of adult companies have volunteered help to Sakas’ cause and I will be more than willing to pass Sakas’ information along to anyone else who might want to help.
