Arizona- The JM/Five Star indictment held a pretrial hearing yesterday.

There were 5 defendants listed in the hearing: USA v Five Star Video LC;
USA v Fiver Star Video Outlet LC; USA v Chris Ankeny (co owner of Five Star; USA v Ken Graham; USA v Mike Norton (JeffMike)

Observers noted that JM Productions was missing from the proceedings.

It appears charges of “aiding and abetting” were added to the indictments against the individuals.
