I think the case is pretty straight forward, I expect him to crumble under initial service of a law suit, as his accusations are completely fabricated. So it is just a matter of setting damages, which with the industry under intense scrutiny by the FBI and his scurrilous accusations that I have committed a Federal crime should be quite substantial, coupled with his advice to store owners to remove my product from the shelves which is a clear interference with my right to do business.
There does not appear to be any corporate protection on his assets so assuming he has any money it will not be too difficult to strip him of a substantial sum.
