Stuck in a leaky, rundown Florida prison for the last 32 days on contempt charges, the entrepreneurial sleazebag who made a fortune persuading drunken college girls to flash their high beams now spends his days cringing at the harsh stares of fellow inmates.

And crying. Lots of crying. In fact, sources tell TMZ.com that Francis has cried every single day behind bars.

“I don’t think I can handle this on a long-term thing – I’m not a criminal,” the shackled porn king complained during a psychiatric evaluation ordered by his defense team earlier this month and released on The Smoking Gun yesterday.

Francis, who claimed to be housed with “all murderers,” will face federal tax evasion charges in Nevada once he finishes his 45-day stint at Bay County Prison in Panama City.

The shrink diagnosed the 34-year-old “Girls Gone Wild” video magnate as “clinically stable” but not without serious issues. Francis is taking anti-anxiety drugs, the report on thesmokinggun.com states.

“Continued confinement in his current status would be psychiatrically unproductive,” opined Dr. Ronald Markman.

Wonder how psychiatrically unproductive it is to be a 20-year-old coed who sobers up to realize her drunken prank will be in perpetual rewind on some pervy old goat’s TV screen.

Francis also is scheduled for a hearing tomorrow, TMZ.com says, on charges he used minors for sexual performances.

TMZ has learned that Francis is about to be released from Bay County Jail in Panama City, Fla. — but will go straight into the hands of the Feds, who will take him to Nevada to face tax evasion charges. We’re told that Federal prison will actually be a welcome relief for Francis, whose recent month in Panama City is a far cry from the beach, beer-bong and babe-filled days of yore in the same town, as the jail facility is old, “extremely uncomfortable,” and prone to “terrible” leaks during any kind of rainstorm.

TMZ reported last month that a death row inmate had been taunting Francis, and that he was “breaking down” under the constant harangue. Francis is scheduled to face a Florida judge tomorrow, on charges of using minors in sexual performance, but he might be taken to Nevada even before then, as he’s waived his right to appear in pre-trial hearings.
