CHATSWORTH, CA — Dedicated to keeping it all in the family with tech directors now hosting shows and dedicated show hosts now serving as program directors, one of the highest rated and longest running hosts of the KSEX.com, Jason Sechrest of popular straight and gay adult megasite JasonCurious.com, is now heading up the Public Relations department for the new incarnation of the station. His elite list of PR clients over the past few years has included such legends as BRITTANY ANDREWS, GINGER LYNN and JILL KELLY.
“KSEX is doing some amazing things right now and it’s way past time for the image of the company to start matching its new numbers,” says Sechrest.
“There has been a lot of heated debate, a lot of childishness, a lot of hatred and a lot of ego surrounding KSEX since the departure of its former public relations director.Anyone who knows me knows that ends now.”
In his first days as PR director for the company, Sechrest publicly apologized on behalf of the company for anyone they may have offended during what has been a very drastic transitional change in upper management.
“KSEX has made some really smart decisions but the execution of those decisions was not to everyone’s liking. We can admit that. We’re sorry if we unintentionally offended anyone in the interim. We’re changing it and recognize that a company growing at this pace needs a designated mouthpiece.
“I’m a lot of things to a lot of people,” he continues, “but in nine years of working in adult, I’ve never been called a liar and you can rest assured it’s true when I say that KSEX has better numbers and is turning out more quality programming than it has since it began. I knew the station’s founder, Mike Rick, and I know it was a dream of his to see this station succeed. But ‘station’ is the keyword there. His dream was not to see me succeed. It wasn’t to see Wankus succeed. I’m sure he’d have loved that, but his dream was KSEX. What he began is now performing better than it ever has and anyone who knew him should start being happy that the man’s dream is at long last on the road to becoming a reality with or without their involvement.”
In the past month, KSEX has built a stronger lineup, is now broadcasting out of a studio over twice the size of the former station and has made a significant increase to its listenership and traffic.
The show’s regular weekly porn star hosts now include REBECCA LOVE, KITTY LANGDON, KAYLANI LEI, REGAN ANTHONY, SUNNY LANE, COURNTY CUMMZ, FLOWER TUCCI, SUNSET THOMAS, RYDER SKYE and HEATHER PINK.
“And they actually show up!” jokes Sechrest. “It’s an incredible lineup of hot hostesses sitting on the NEW KSEX couch, literally and metaphorically speaking, these days. Without our hosts, KSEX is nothing and we are grateful for their continued performance, enthusiasm and support. We’re still having a blast over here these days!”
