Norco, California – Adult industry innovator, Ninn Worx merges with the world wide presence of Spearmint Rhino Consulting Worldwide to create Ninn Worx_SR, Incorporated. The merger agreement was finalized on Monday, July 23, 2007 and includes Ninn Worx’ management of a Spearmint Rhino video production arm.

Ninn Worx recently branched out into distribution of their own product, as well as handling distribution for other production companies, and the merger with Spearmint Rhino places Ninn Worx into an excellent position to expand marketing and distribution opportunities in the global market, as well as retaining their existing hold on the domestic market.

Ninn Worx President Michael Ninn sees a bright future for this pairing. “Spearmint Rhino’s founder, John Gray, approached me a while back because he liked the esthetics that I bring to adult video entertainment. That was the beginning of our mutual involvement. John has wanted to expand into video production highlighting the Spearmint Rhino network of gentlemen’s clubs for a while. I am set to produce video titles for John along with my own productions, now that we have formed Ninn Worx_SR.”

As part of the merger, Ninn Worx_SR will relocate to a new facility in Norco, California created to house their corporate offices, club management, production and distribution arms of the new company. The official move is scheduled to take place on Friday, July 27. The first Michael Ninn directed production under the merger label is scheduled for release this September.
