BOULDER, Colo. – Adult-entertainment distributor New Frontier Media Inc. said Wednesday it named Matthew T. Pullam as its new chief financial officer, effective Sept. 5.

Pullam most recently served as CFO and treasurer of Quovadx Inc. (nasdaq: QVDX – news – people ), a provider of software and services to the health care, financial services and telecommunications sectors.

He will succeed Karyn Miller, who is retiring at the end of next week.
