(Chicago, IL) — The details are still sketchy and minimal, but the one fact we can give you is Frank Felone, AKA “Filthy Frank” of Lord Perious Productions, has begun serving a two year sentence in federal prison today. His lock up is not at all related to the adult business.

Top Pro Talent has learned that the well known up and coming porn producer was involved years ago in a tax scheme of sorts, allegedly under the supervision and support of the US Government, involving tactics meant to entrap foreign corporations being investigated for failure to report correct financial figures, in turn avoiding large Internal Revenue Service responsibilities.

The unconfirmed word on the street says Felone was used as a “mole”, to buy and sell with foreign corporations under a false identity. By doing this, he incurred years of back taxes, directly related to the project, although was allegedly expected to pay the IRS this money personally, regardless of the fact that he was supposedly assigned to conduct this phony business venture/investigation.

His conviction is listed as Federal Tax Evasion and he was sentenced to over two years in jail with a possibility of parole for good behavior in 12-14 months.

TPT has made contact with Felone’s representatives and will be interviewing him, from the penitentiary, very soon. Lord Perious will continue business as usual under the direction of Bill Pickard, acting company president until Frank’s return.
