Shy Love leaves me the following message: My talent and I want to go on to your [KSEX] show and prove that they all got paid. Roy and Chelsea- we can confirm with Joe Lackey and Bobby from ICS- that it took them two and a half months to pay me on any of the talent.
“We had to contact attorneys; we even went to their house [Garcia’s]. We contacted the cops, everything else. They finally gave me the money on Friday. I called all of my talent. I’m playing in a poker tournament this weekend, and they all know that they’re getting paid Monday. I’m doing a charity event.
“My talent will prove that I went and drove over there. There was two and a half months of them not wanting to pay. We tried to collect the money and they refused to pay and finally did because they didn’t want cops at their front door any more. And they’re pissed off because I won’t let them book any of my talent. But you can call Jack Vegas, Veronica Rayne…you can call any one of the girls that have worked for them. Talk to Joe Lackey. It proves that we made multiple phone calls.”
Justin Syder writes: I was sitting right next to Shy the other day when she finally got a call fron Roy Garcia for her bank info to make the wire transfer for funds due to several of her models who have been waiting weeks to get paid. I just talked with Morgan and we will clear this whole thing up on Tuesday evening when I appear with her on ksex for the show.
Honestly I’m writing this bit in defense of Shy because the girl works her ass off to keep her models busy and by all rights deserves due credit. I’m not clear as to why it took so long for Roy to get the models paid and Im not writing this to shit on him but I know this isn’t the first time this has happened. It may be out of his control because he has to wait for his people to release funds too.
One of Shy’s male models was ready to drive to Murrieta with a baseball bat and get his money by force last weekend but Shy herself maintained diplomacy in the matter as frustrating as it was to deal with all the bullshit. Shy requested the payment to her account to make sure all the money was in place to deliver to her models and nothing more than that. When an agents phone is blowing up daily with calls from models asking “when do I get paid?” it most certainly takes away from conducting business with the rest of the agencies workload.
